No one falls through the cracks
Flock Care
The MOS watches the connection patterns your tools already record — attendance, group participation, giving, serving — and surfaces people at risk of being missed. Not a score. Not a label. A name, raised to the shepherd who can reach out, while there is still time.
What it does
- Reads attendance and participation data from your existing tools — read-only
- Identifies people whose connection patterns have changed significantly
- Flags missing sheep — people at risk of being missed — with in-window alerts
- Routes alerts to the right pastoral staff member via the daily briefing
- Tracks follow-up so no alert is left unaddressed
How it works
- The MOS reads connection signals from Planning Center, your CRM, and other tools
- It looks for changes in pattern — not absolute thresholds — because every person is different
- It raises alerts only when there is still time for a shepherd to act
- It never contacts the person directly — it alerts the pastor
- Every alert and follow-up is logged to the stewardship record
What it never does
- It never contacts someone in crisis directly — all crisis alerts route to pastoral staff
- It never labels or scores people — it surfaces names, not numbers
- It never makes pastoral decisions — it raises awareness, people provide care
- It never shares data between tenants — each church's flock is isolated
